BATON ROUGE, La. ---- Fed up with hearing about agonizingly slow efforts to get relief to the victims of Hurricane Katrina, San Diego businessman David Perez chartered a Lear jet from Carlsbad, Calif., to Baton Rouge on Saturday morning.
